I have posted a selection of Match Balls I am considering for the coming season. Please pick the ball you would chose for you team in the POLL. Then have a guess at which makes the balls are, and you could also grade the balls price. They range between £9.99 and £20 per ball.
Thought it might be best to add some photos taken in daylight.

would definitely like to bowl with ball A, nice and dark
-
Ball A, Tiflex Buckingham, £20.
-
Ball a looks like a Oxbridge ball
-
& Ball D, Tiflex Windsor, £17
-
I really hope Ball A is the best. Looks lovely.
-
I have a batch here if it the Oxbridge ball there ok tend to go strange after 30 overs
This was in Australia on tour a few years ago

oh.. gutted. Don't want them then. Good balls should last a 50 over game pretty well in my opinion (assuming it's not overly abrasive and it's looked after)
-
Ball A looks like it defines cricket... The kind of ball you expect the worlds best bowler to have in his hand and a bright warm sunny first session at Lords... :D
-
Last 3 balls look like the Dukes. I love Dukes, they swing a mile
-
A and D for me
H looks ok
-
Used tiflex balls last year and held up pretty well even after 96 overs
-
Went for ball A from a bowlers perspective. Bowlers prefer darker balls, though not sure it really makes much difference.Wasn't convinced about the stitching on B,C,E. I suspect E might be a decent ball as well, reminds me of a TVL League Ball. Discolouration on D made it look a bit odd.
-
A, then D.
-
A and B for me.
Dark colour and good seams.
-
Ball A for me just because of the stitching ...it looks more Black than Red ???
-
A and H
-
I've always found that Dukes balls swing, seam and retain their shape well thorughout 45 overs so I would choose balls E or H.

Photos updated with daylight shots

Where did H go?

Where did H go?
H was the same ball as F, just made as mistake in my hast to post the thread. Poor thread management. Sorry.

From a bowler perspective, Ball D is good. The shape looks like it will be a good ball for swing bowling.
-
A lot of people plumping for ball A, I used one last season and it was awful! One of the least spinner friendly balls I've used and didn't seem to give a lot of movement for the seamers either. But then that may just have been that one ball...
-
We trailed them I though they where poor too for bowlers hardly moved either of the pitch or in the air we used them for a month then back to readers
I always thought they where cheap balls
-
So has anyone actually found a league ball that keeps it shape, lasts for 50 overs and will swing all innings if looked after etc..
Seems very rare.
-
We use the dukes special crown match, and if looked after and if the pitch isn't too abrasive it will last the 50 overs per innings with a bit of shine, good shape and hardness.
Probably the best ball of those pictured I reckon.
-
We used both the Tiflex Buckingham and Blenheim last year. The Blenheim was the better ball. Also used the X-grade Ambassador which went very well.
