Anybody
Please elaborate on what should be a cricketers work out program me.
-
1) Walk to your local pub
2) Get on it - at least a 2 hour session
3) Stagger home :D
Not forgetting the pork scrathings!! :D

1) Walking will be excellent cardio
2) Multiple arm curls will aid bicep development
3) Staggering should assist leg development
Seriously though any general fitness work is better than nothing at all. Also if you are a fast bowler you will require slightly different excercises than an opening bat would.

Apart from those suggestions above; general strength training both upper & lower body, you dont need the gym - sit ups/crunches, push ups etc. your cardio work is more important & is best done through sessions that include hill runs (300-400m sprints) & shorter sprint sessions; set out some cones 30-40 metre apart & do rep sessions with short breaks. Get on a bike if you have one & get some miles into your legs. Swimming is also great to build stamina. There are some cricket specific pre-season workouts through google as well.
