Has anybody tried the Puma Iridium Wicket Keeping Trousers and if so are they any good?
-
I have them, they are ok on the ground when its dry and hard, other times you dont really notice it, padding is quite bulky too, not really worth it, but dont bat in them!

My exact thoughts :)
Never even heard of these before!
-
Aswani stock them i think
-
Bet they make your bum look big ;)
-
how bulky are we talking? my (No Swearing Please) looks big enough as it is, I've looked into getting some of these.
-
I've got some and not actually used them yet, when i've tried them on they do feel quite bulky on the back and you would notice them. But then again i guess you would get used to them. What is wierd is most of the padding is on the backside and not the side of the legs which is probably where you would prefer the padding. Will hopefully get to use them this season though

yeh your right, cant think of many times when i've fallen or dived and landed on my backside. It would be more appropriate on the side of your thighs and sides just below your hip

They used to do fielding and batting trousers as well.

I have them - you do get used to the padding but it's in a pointless position as mentioned above, and I have had them mentioned a few times....not worth it mate, I just likes the fit of them when keeping that's all

Ok mate cheers
