Title: What does it weigh???
Post by: tim2000s on February 16, 2013, 01:28:36 PM: I have a bat here that is completely undressed. I have measured the edges and the spine, and weighed it. It is a long blade. The edges are 40mm, and spine is 60mm. The pictures are below, missing the handle as the handle has a weigh written on it.

But the question is, what do you think it weighs?

Nah, it doesn't. It's balanced fine without making changes.

Not too bothered about how it looks. It is balanced, and as that is post weight loss I'm fine with it.

Post by: tim2000s on February 19, 2013, 12:07:11 AM: I'd guess it is much less dry than people think. With two thickish grips and an antiscuff, it weighs in at 2lb 10.1oz... With stickers it will be just under 2lb 11oz.

Post by: tim2000s on March 14, 2013, 10:42:27 PM: Well I've netted with this a few times and it is a magnificent beast. I swear it is going brilliantly, although it might be that regular netting is helping. Still, nothing like a cheaper reshaped bat. I think it is one of my best!

I llove a shoulderless, and it picks up lighter than the dead weight suggests.
