Had a few refurbs to do over the last couple of days. Here are some before and after shots. Still need to grip and stickers them so will add some more once that's done.

the surface cracks on the master show a great cleft.
the others, you've nigh on resurrected!
-
Short of buying a new bat there is nothing better than getting back an old faithful that's been carefully and beautifully refurbed. It really is amazing how dirty a bat can get. Having had bats refurbed before by Kieron I can fully recommend the service.
-
Thanks Ken. Yes these have come up nicely. Should last at least another season.
-
Few pics of the finished bats.

Lovely work
Fine example of how a good quality bat can last longer and we all don't need these extra bats (trying to explain myself about not buying another bat :) )
-
Indeed! Ill have to bear this in mind when I think about new bats...
-
That's cracking work on the refurbs Kieron, these look as good as new.
-
Thanks for the comments guys. If anyone wants their bat brought back to life just drop me a PM and we can sort it out for you.
-
A couple of Ex Gloucestershire CCC and current Bath CC's Tom Stayt's bats here that have come in for a pre season refurb. I will put up some pics of the finished bats hopefully tomorrow.

The 2 on the right are Tom Stayts that I have cleaned up for him.
The middle Pedigree is a custom made brand new bat weighing in at 3lb 1oz fully dressed. I modeled it on my old M&H Original from years ago with a big oval handle. It came out an ounce over the 3lb bat that I used to use.
The one next to it is a Hawk XBow 2lb 12
An the one on the left is a Marty Graham (MG) 2lb 12
If any one is interested in buying any of these (excluding Tom's bats) just PM and we can discuss.
Cheers
-
I also have a nice Hell4Leather Hattori in 2lb 12. Again PM or email if interested.
-
whats the MG like mate? marty said hed sot me out a bat but never got around to taking him up on the offer
-
Yes it's a nice bat Tom. Knicks up superb as all the refurbs seem to which I guess is the advantage that they have been run in a bit. In saying that the MG, Hawk and H4l have come up like new.
-
Any takers for either the MG, Hawk or 3lb Pedigree (this is Brand New not refurbed) ? If you are interested drop me a PM and we can do a deal.
cheers
Kieron
-
Kieron, I forgot to ask but is it safe to assume all these refurbs are knocked by previous owners? I know its a silly question
-
Yes they are good to go Tushar.
-
Just weighed these bats on my proper scales at the shop.
MG is 2lb 11
Hawk is 2lb 9.5
Lighter than I thought so if interested let me know.
-
Appologies if anyone has received spam emails from our account today. We have a problem which bt are trying to resolve.

This is a message for Grains. I have sent you a PM but not sure if my email problems will stop you from receiving it ? Please let me know if you have my message ?
Thanks
Kieron
