Title: A bargain GN that I couldn't turn down
Post by: Twelfth Man on February 26, 2013, 09:19:42 PM
A few weeks ago my beloved bat snapped  :(

This left me with needing a new stick but I just couldn't decide on what until this popped up.
My mate who has a few bats, and in fact selling this. I got it for £50.00 so I really can't complain  :D

So here's a picture of it, it's a Gray Nicolls Evo Players bat and weighs in at 2lb 9oz. Had a little net with it and a go on the bowling machine and seems to go quite well. Hopefully it will last!

I'm in need of a new grip now, as I don't really fancy the octopus and then I can sort my grip set up out properly :) Thoughts on what's the best grip to get?

I normally go for a bog standard grip with a GM shock absorba grip on top, all down to personal preference though mate

In my opinion you can't beat a GM Shock Absoba

Those things are the boys!

Looking at it, looks like an early Oblivion style shape

Always liked a single spiral grip myself.

Lovely bat by the way mate especially for £50, I always really liked the Evo range, lovely profile, I have some matching pads going cheap in the sale section  ;)
