Title: My "should I be worried" thread

Hi

Got this as a bonus in a swap recently and on removing the grip, found this.

Now after tapping it up and sanding it down a bit, the handle still feels rock solid and I am sure it's fine, but I thought I'd better ask the experts.

let me know if anyone thinks this is a problem.

PS: the green tape is to make the handle more oval.

nah, just looks like a bit missing from the splice, either never there or chipped off during manufacture/playing. If there's no sign of any cracking on their side around the splice then it's all good bar being a tiny bit uglier and maybe some tricks of the mind.

should be fine but bang some sawdust and pva in there
