Guys just wanted to see what your views your views were on these new face sheets ( anti scuff sheets ). I have been using one for the last few months in winter nets and they really do take care of your bat much better than. Normal scuff sheet does. It doesn't cover over the edge but the the face a toe are protected extremely well.
The science also says they will help performance as they use the force of the ball impacting he bat to send it back where it came from. If that makes sense.
Any body elsa used or seen these?

Are they the thick ones??

Are they the thick ones??
Yes mate, they are used just on the face and stop a few mm from the edge of the bat.

Next question....
Are these the same as Bulldog has, the 'performance' scuff sheets?

There the double thick scuff sheets

As far as I can see there are three types of scuff sheet.
Firstly - the thin horrible fablon like material that just cracks and is pointless.
Secondly - The polyurethane sheets, the ones used on helicopter blades, which a lot of people stock and use and are the ones I prefer to use.
Thirdly - The Hammer Edge style sheet, which is the thicker polycarbonate sheet and one which often has the matted look to it.
Have yet to see any real significant science to back up any claims to improving performance, but from experience they do help longevity.
