Hey guys how are we all still watching the idiot in front of the bowling machine I am pleased to see. Get your orders in for those thigh pads you won't regret it I guarantee it. Ok I have quite a few silver sovereign clefts ready to be made up. They are a grade 3 blade great performers but have the odd little mark in them but nothing that any grade 3 wouldn't have. How many people would be interested in some being made up in different weights so you can see the finished item at a special rate. Just give me your thoughts guys these would sell for £200 plus with the big brands but we as small business can get bit of a run of them as a lot of people just want to buy our top range bats.

What sort of price would we be looking at please Paul?
-
£115
-
That would be very interesting... So G3 in looks, what about in terms of performance? How will they perform compare to others in the Aldred range?
-
They are great performing bats. With our top ranges although we grade on performance we also have to consider the aesthetics of them. The grade 3 bats are outstanding bats but will have fewer grains in general, the odd one has a lot of grains but will have slight blemishes in the blade..
-
to be honest I prefer fewer grains anyway. Sounds good.
-
At £115 you can't go wrong.....I might have a couple of takers...will ask tonight...
-
Some general pictures first up would be good to see mate
-
That's what I was asking if people want to see pre mades. I haven't made them up yet they are just pressed with handles in at the moment
-
they are just pressed with handles in at the moment
I think people would like to see them in this state and then to get in touch, knowing how this forum works!
-
In which state buzz
-
Current clefts and weights is what i think Buzz meant...great deal at 115
-
pressed and handled, but not shaped as yet please with, as Tushar says, the cleft weights :)
-
Here's 4 to be going on with all the others are similar. The second one in is 3-10 you can't quite see that clearly

I like the look of numbers 1 and 4.
-
Very interested by this offer
-
These are great bats guys as I say big brands would sell these for 200 plus. As a small company it's hard as you have to buy about half your order in grade 3s and the rest split between 1&2 so you tend to get a glut sometimes as most people want our top of the range as they are getting unbelievable grade bats at half the price of the big brands.
-
As most people will wonder, what stickers will these have on?
-
Silver sovereign. Same as the gold sovereign but in silver funnily enough. The new silver stickers look brilliant actually
-
I think he's asking if the have that superb sticker on the back of the toe... Total USP.
-
They all do now
-
And will these all be custom made to the customers wishes?
-
Within reason at this price. If its similar to my profiles and can be easily adapted yes but if its a mile off in shape no as it takes a lot longer to create. Sure you get my drift if I haven't explained it very well
-
That's an amazing price point.
I'd have #1 if I didn't already have three bats!
-
The three musketeers became 4 and worked out well
-
1-3&4 all sold
-
Very tempted by one of these, just need to find a cleft that suits!
-
Anything left here :)

Thanks Paul for amazing service
Will be adding a review later but seriously guys if you are looking for a bat go and get an Aldred bat
