Just been looking for some Spartan Cricket Bats. Which one do you think would be the best buy?

It's pretty simple to search for Spartan cricket bats in google mate. Not trying to be an (No Swearing Please) or anything.

Ye I no I worded the question wrong, want to know which one you think would be the best buy?

Personally I'd take a look through the sections of forum sponsors and have a look, there's plenty of top notch bats, and you'll get a better deal.

If I were to get one, it would be the MC one. I agree with Wilkie here though, go for a bat from here. Get much more value for your money!

I would tend to agree with what others are saying!
I'm sure they would be decent enough but not sure that the value for money will be any good really!
I have been lucky enough to have a go with one of Gayle's actual Spartan bats - very heavy and obviously powerful...but any 3lb+ bat I have tried have been excellent due to the sheer amount of willow on that weight of bat! So it was good but not exceptional.
And I am positive that you can get superb bats which are better value! 8)

i currently have a Spartan in my kit bag and its a beast, 2lb 9 and i love it, mine is the CG Authority from 2012 and i got it from the guys at Kingsgrove sports in Oz.
But i would say maybe wait and see as and who will be there distributer in the uk now they have Matt Prior with them

Seriously considering Spartan. I like the MC range but the SVR (Sir Vivian Richards) range looks very nice indeed. I picked up a GC Authority, weighed 2.11 but picked up like a feather. They certainly are getting some good names associated with their brand with Matt Prior on board...
