Hi guys,

Just after some help really does any one have the contact at GN?

My friend bought an oblivion carbo last year long story short its developed a crack and the local shop is fobbing him off with excuses.

Can anyone help?

Speak to them on twitter(try and find someone who works for them, rather then their main account), they're usually great at communicating through there.
