Some of us purchased these on line last week. Mine hasn't arrived yet, expected shortly. Anyone received theirs yet?

Nope but it would have been here Saturday mate bar the weather I checked the tracking number.
Due for delivery tomorrow mate I ordered black

Ordered blue. Delivery impacted by the weather unsurprisingly. Keen to know if will receive the largest size, as it wasn't fully clear from the website.

Iam between size's normally a 58 so either is good for me
I even rang them that's when they told me they had only one helmet left but didn't know any of the sizes

Same thing happened to me, first i thought i missed out on a black one as they weren't available then about 15 minutes later there was one still showing in stock. so i purchased it still a little wary about its legitimacy, but it allowed me to go all the way through checkout as if it was available. Then lo and behold in the morning the had cancelled it without informing me. No smidgen of a phone call or email, only found out when i logged into my account and saw the tracking information. they had dispatched the gloves i ordered but cancelled the helmet.
i was gutted and fuming, but their customer service was disgusting.

I had several emails with them, and all they ever did was apologise
Theres a delay between there website and stockroom therefore the website isn't quite updated in time with current stock levels

that was what i was told, that the website doesn't update in real-time and its only when you purchase does the system actually check stock levels and allocate if it is there.
To be fair to them, this is the first time it has happened to me whist shopping with them, as I've previously bought some top of the range bats and they have always turned up no problems whatsoever. I have spent a lot of money with them in the past but this latest episode leaves a sour taste in the mouth, I would expect at least an email or phone call from them in relation to long time customer.
What makes it worse is I really wanted the black helmet, oh well c'est la vie.

Their system is clearly not automated end to end between the physical stock and the website. Other instances of this mentioned on this forum. I have ordered from them several times before without any problems though.
The helmet has arrived. Haven't seen it myself, the size on the box is the largest available so looking very promising.

I would say it a different shape and fit differently and the back sit very funny indeed

Mine arrived in HK yesterday. Also a L-XXL with titanium grill and maroon in colour.
Very pleased with my first purchase with prodirect. I guess my expectations were pretty low from everything I read about prodirect on this forum. Their overseas shipping is very cheap (with tracking), so I'll definitely use them again for all clearance items, except for bats maybe...
