Hi all -
I've been trying to contact Warsop Stebbings in Essex for the past week as I've sent them two bats to refurb. Is anyone else having difficulty contacting them? Everytime I ring their phone is engaged and their emails system is full and won't take anymore messages

what times have you been ringing?

During opening hours and not between 1 and 2 (as on the website)

i spoke to them yesterday and they think that my bat will be back with me by the 8 august if thats any help. i sent it to them a week yesterday

how much does the refurb cost, i need alot of weight taken off so matt from h4l said 40? but is warsop less than that?
