Title: Champ Cricket - Pads & Gloves
Post by: SelectCricket on April 01, 2013, 05:14:27 PM
Help needed please, I would very grateful if someone could tell me some information. Thanks..

I have contacted them via facebook and the email addresses that the owner gave me and they have only replied once so far, after a few emails and facebook messages. They also took 5 days to reply. Has anyone got a better way of contacting them please?
Also, if you have had some pads and gloves made by them at all, I would be very grateful for pictures and prices paid?

Thanks so much,
Matt

If there service is this poor why would you want to use them?

Saw some pads knocking about and liked the look of them.
I have seen they do some quality kit, just can't reply very quick.

I am only getting a few pairs of gloves & pads to use myself

probably why then. I imagine if you asked for samples as you were looking to ordering 50 sets there response may be a tad better.

They're a manufacturer, not really set up to do 1 or 2 sets. It's just not worth the effort in set up of the printing, and templates. Try onlinestockist if you just want a few blank bits.

I've used them before and got a day turnaround on emails, usually.

Isn't their shipping about £20 though? Or was I doing something wrong?
