Title: What would you grade this?

Interested to hear your thoughts on what you would grade this willow (on looks alone of course).

Grade 2
with the blemish and not so straight grains ...this will fall under G2

Without seeing the full bat its hard to grade - but would say grade 3.
But more importantly, how does it perform??

Agree with Peter, how does it perform?

Grades of willow mean absolutely nothing!!!

Here is a link to  picture of the full bat. It's the Gray Nic Powerbow.  750i model in Aus which is advertised as Grade 2.  I am just knocking it in and probably won't get a chance to have a hit with it until August as our season has just finished here.  Hope the link works.

Looks like kasmir to me. Just going on colour and the grains not bring that visible.

I see your point, it does look a little Kashmiry in the photo.  I've pretty sure it's not though otherwise GN is selling Kashmir as G2 English willow.
