Hi all,
Has anyone tried a bat in this "Tendulkar" profile, just curious to see what people think?
There's one on eBay and it could be a great bat or net bat?
-
Apart from the fact it's not actually a proper copy of his bat shape, I'd say the chances are it's also very overpriced for the quality.
Just my experience with Adidas bats in general :(

Cool, thanks.
I guess that it is even more proof that you are better using a forum sponsor to make something specific?

Its easy to get a copy of Tendulkars shape made as alot of batmakers have made bats for him or copied his bats. I have recently received a grade 2 bat made to his shape. Ill upload some photos if you want

I'd be careful buying off eBay for these bats, quite a few fakes doing the rounds that I've seen
-
Owzat sports stocks them http://www.owzat-cricket.co.uk/acatalog/adidas_Sachin_Tendulkar_Master_Blaster_cricket_bats.html (http://www.owzat-cricket.co.uk/acatalog/adidas_Sachin_Tendulkar_Master_Blaster_cricket_bats.html) . I would be wary about buying it from ebay as the fake stickers are easily available .

I would agree that adidas bats are overpriced at full rrp but there are bargains to be had at the lower end of the range where there is a lot of crap but also some really nice multigrainers with various degrees of heartwood.from my experience a 16 grainer with a touch of heartwood may be graded as a club where as a moderate 6 grained clean face may fetch a £100 premium

And make sure you get a genuine one
there a lot of fake adidas ST in market
i have seen some real good adidas ST one and also the fake one
