Title: Dangers of wearing bottom strap loose

Had a net today well all day towards the end I wedged a ball between my ankle and the pad as I used to wear the, loose and it all swollen and going black and I am struggling to walk...

I try get pictures up it knocked me off my feet the face of it

Oh shoot, sounds sore mate! Hope you get a speedy recovery! I think it is the first time I have heard of this kind of injury, I think I have always had my pads on quite snug because it feels comfortable that way to me. :-[

I do top and get looser lower down was a sharp delivery I was beaten for pace hense late bat slightly behind pad inside edge and I laid down now incapacitated

:( Well, if your bats need some using while you're down, I'm sure plenty of folk will be eyeing up your B3! :D How long do you think you will be out for mate?

I done that a few weeks a go mate mine looked like this however I didn't get anything on it just yorkered :'( ...... No Yorkers for you Sunday then mate just some nice half volleys :)

Just icing mine it immobilised iced and raised as soon as it ready

It did't stop me driving 265 miles home after net but as the body cools it looks displaced a touch

Nailed the inside of my ankle with my bat last week, not as bad at that but still had a nice bruise
