Title: Is this the right way to apply edge tape?

Hello,

Just got My new SS Torpedo delivered . I got it knocked ,scuff sheet and edge tape done form the seller .

It seems to me edge tape is applied bit more towards the middle of the bat .I mean shouldn't it be more towards the  the edge ? Can this have any effect on the ping?

Yeh that looks fine to me mate. Although serves a great function the fashion side of it is pretty personal

Clarke and Gayle both use full face protective sheets like that but they cover the entire face. Leaving the middle exposed is a bit odd.
