I put this bag on eBay bargains the other day, so I thought I would follow my own advice and get one. They were selling them off for £30 + £8 pp. Usually £65 + pp.
It is massive and the build quality is excellent. For £38 quid all in this is probably the best value bag I have seen. It has 5 pockets, unzips to reveal 2 large compartments, 1 for kit and 1 for clothes. Pictures probably don't do it justice but here they are anyway.
Thing is, it's probably to big!!! So I have also ordered the size down which isn't a stand up but is only £20.

Reminds me of my newbery tour stand up bag

Incredible value, is the build of a good quality? I'm probably going to order one of the smaller ones, as this looks a little big, so unless I take up wicket keeping, I would probably not need that much space! The ones a size down look pretty big though, and for £28 posted, look a top bag. :)

Build quality is very good. I was expecting a lot less in terms of quality than what I got. My last bag was a kookaburra and this is as good as if not better.
Agree on the size, it is a little to big so will keep this one for tour or even use it as a suitcase substitute and have ordered the size smaller as well.
I think they are clearing them out to make way for new stock.

Just received the duffle from Island off of eBay. It's very similar to the GM 505 duffle in terms of size and the quality is good. Not bad at all for 17 quid posted.

I ordered one aswell. yes it is very big, but I'm am keeper so got a little extra kit and need the space, is a bit tricky getting it into the car and up and down the stairs though
Have to echo what you said regarding it's quality, wasnt sure how good it would be, but now its arrived I'm very impressed especially for the price.
Loads of space and pockets for everything, and importantly a bat cave for 3 bats.
Thanks for posting the link, was exactly what I was looking for a bag that stands up and takes up less room, cheers

I ordered one of the wheelies and it's a lovely bag, very well built, only negative is the wheels look like there from a lego set :/. see how it goes though!

Does the smaller one have a 'bat cave'?

OK thanks, I think the big the big one is too big for my car, if not for our changing rooms!

Mate, the smaller on is absolutely massive as well! I was going to use it for games. But I think it'll be to big, especially as I don't drive and grab lifts. I'll be sticking with my duffle.
Any chance of some pictures please Tom?? :)
I'll grab some either tomorrow/Sunday and do a review fella. It is a big bag, and lots of pockets too! Build quality is top notch too!

lol, I know what you mean about the wheels!
I was so impressed with the big bag that I also got the big wheelie, quality is excellent and will probably use it more than the big bag.

Did you go for the one with the folding handle that's now sold out or the smallest wheelie they had Tom??(sorry for all the questions)

Folding handle mate. No worries for the questions mate, always happy to help

I've got one of these on it's way.
I think I have now bought the wrong bag, that looks huge!
Still, at £38 delivered it's a great price.
-
i seriously want one! may have to beg the missus for it to be an early birthday present!
-
I've just ordered one of the small wheelies that they still had in stock (one without the folding handle).
All this talk of the good build quality and the fact my Slazenger bag is falling apart has convinced me I needed one.
Now where do I hide a new bag and an Ayrtek lid?? ;)

I reckon you can hide your lid in your softpocket mate ;)

Good shout but then a Masuri will be floating round, I really should think about if I need these things before I see a good price and buy them

I've luckily been able to stop myself from getting drawn in by the bargains lately! lol

I probably would have stopped myself if I'd checked my bank balance first! This forum has cost me far too much in the last few months! haha
