Title: Ayrton Fox
Post by: Ayrtek Cricket on May 06, 2013, 09:27:16 PM
After the topic asking about a protective wristband we have collaborated to produce the below (George did all the hard work!!)

They have the intel inside to offer high end protection all encased within a 6 inch jumbo sweatband. They are also adjustable and bend to any width and sit just slightly thicker than a standard band as per the images.

Price wise due to the materials used they will be sold at £20.00 inc P&P for a single.

Any orders please drop me a line on the usual channels :)

Nice work guys.

Two questions...

Can the padding move round the sweatband? If not, where is it in relation to the Ayrtek badge?

Is it washable or can the padding be removed to be washable?

Thanks.

Joel

Will you be introducing any white ones?

Not a fan of black clashing with white

George is best positioned to answer these as he is the master-mind behind the materials inside and integrating them.

currently we have an abundance of black ones in stock so no immediate plans to get white ones in again as a) there is an MOQ and b) they get grubby very quickly

Will there be any youtube videos of someone hitting themselves with a knocking-in hammer wearing this or firing bowling machines balls into their arm? :)

Looks like a really good idea - much easier than wearing a full arm guard and useful!

No chance on any white ones being made in the next 3 or so months?

Desperate to get one before the season over here starts!

You should make ones for ankles, I inside edge the ball into my ankle far too often. :(

I'm In Australia  ;)

But yeah found them in lots of places ebay etc.

They're a sort of wetsuit type material I gather, which is a little bizzare
