Title: Trainer Spiking

Does anyone know where i can get my trainers spiked up in west sussex or the surrounding area?  not keen on all these p+p charges

There is really only two places that I would recommend. Even with the postal charges you cant go wrong with Brian and Brenda or the Shoe Doctor at Taunton
