Before I spend some money on this bat, I just wanted a quick opinion, I might get told off for posting a link, but here you go!

Well its not a TT, says that in the description. I don't think the stickers are genuine ether - could be wrong though.
-
haha yeah i know the bat is just stickered up which is fine, i just meant by the look of it
-
You're better off spending your money with one of the bat makers from the forum. You'll get so much more for your hard earned £'s
-
I'd agree with that a forum sponsor will be able to sort you out with a lovely stick for a good price, rather than possibly risk your dollar on a stickered up piece of willow from Ebay!
-
That's Gordonalan (sp?) off ebay mate, don't go anywhere near him. Avoid that username when buying bats on ebay.
Read the last couple of pages of the Ebay Tat thread and you will see what I mean.
Speak to a forum sponsor.
-
haha, just saved me a buck, urmmmm any idea where I could get a good piece of willow? Point me in the right direction please!!
-
As advised, have a look at the forum sponsor sections. You have a lot to choose from.
SAF, H4L, Red Ink, RK Custom, Choice, Bulldog, BlankBats, Aldred etc all make stunning bats and can give you custom options. Read through some of the threads, pick the stickers you like (there isn't much between them to be honest, we are very spoilt) and go from there.
-
You could always have a look at the Batmaker's shed in the CBF shop, or any of the forum sponsors could help. What kind of price range etc is it that you're looking at mate?
-
I've bought an MSR and an RK since joining this forum. Both are great value for money.
-
I've got a thread open on the wanted section, but ideally something around 2.8/2.9 something that I can use straight away, don't have the time or the finances to knock a stick in, ideally something used, max I wanna spend if 130 maybe a tad more if something amazing come up!

Speak to DS Bats in the Batmaker's Shed... They can even knock it in for you...S

Well now you have passed your 50 posts, go and look in the for sale section, probably something in there you might like
-
The final problem to compound this whole situation is no bat for saturday, so just looking something that someone is willing to just sell now haha, i'm not too fussy even, just something that goes really! I had a salix lined up on ebay and a laver wood but both were price jacked!
-
What I would say is don't rush into buying any old bat just so you have it ready for Saturday! If you're able to, take some time in making the right decision and one you'll be happy with :D Surely somebody might be so kind and let you borrow a bat for an innings or to!

Redders has a nice bulldog jumbo for sale. He's part knocked it in.

Take more time choosing the bat than you did getting to 50 posts ;)
-
haha that was done in less than 17 hours ;)
