Since I finished playing professionally I have had my own coaching business coaching individuals from grass roots to professional levels. I have spent a lot of time rebuilding clubs that have struggled over the years having tried to keep up with ever more demanding league requirements which have instigated a lack of focus on what the club is about and its development of young players as league titles have become a greater attraction over all other aspects of the game including enjoyment. I get more and more people emailing me asking to look at their game and give tips. As technology has got better I am now offering a coaching service online. If you are looking for tips and ways to move forward from a former professional player you will be able to video yourself and send it to me and I can record a response and some key points to work on to take you to the next stage.
