My switching back on is placing my back foot right on its mark, three toe taps with the bat and then a big breath and high raise of the bat followed by a simple mantra of not out, not out or watch the ball.

Some good tips - I think I'll start saying things out loud, well under my breath rather than just in my head.

Weird, after reading that article subconsciously I found myself saying fierce focus to myself as the bowler was running in. Seemed to work, batted through to win us the game, 75*.
