I saw this in the cricketer this month, has anyone seen or used one?

What do you think? I guess the science is behind it to increase power in your shots.

I've watched that video and all I can think is, if I clatter that machine with my bat then the bat is going to come off worse!
I'm sure it has it's place and obviously I have never used it but it's basically a weight training machine that they've removed the weights from and hung balls off! It seems to be fairly over engineered to me. What's wrong with hanging a ball from a tree in the garden? Surely that does EXACTLY the same thing? That kind of practice will obviously have benefits but it seems like a sledgehammer to crack a nut...
I like the text on the website....I get the impression the owners of this product are very unfamiliar with cricket!

The testimonial seems to have been written by the company who produce the product, can't imagine anyone who knows anything about cricket saying those things...

It looks like it came from a late night shopping channel
Waste of time
Get two cones or stumps and practice the drive through them. Then tie a piece of string round the top and play Blackfoot shots over the string.
Safe yourself £230 and buy a new bat instead

"a system developed just for cricket"
Then why does it have baseballs hanging off it everywhere?
