Hi,
Just a quick review of 2 refurbs that Leachy48 did for me last week.
i needed work done on 2 bats, general stuff.
I got them back within 6 days which was really impressive.
the work he did was great, precisely what i asked for, i couldnt have asked for anything more.
His communications were superb, letting me know how he was getting on at every stage.
also the price was exceptional, and tbh the main reason i went with Leachy in the first place.
So yeah overall, very pleased and happy, and would deffo recommend his services!

thanks, I literally could not get that sticker shade off, it was alot worse than that, but its got a nice finish and i glued a few cracks up, on the kook, the hawk was more difficult as well because of the dowels in the toe... lol
-
i had the same problem with kook stickers it seems that the marks from the stickers just dont go away
-
very very nice job that leachy done!! kookaburra stickers tend to stay on the bat doesn't it hahaa
-
Done a good job there. I find sticker shadow is easier to get off if you go for a really course grade of sandpaper. Once youve got it all finished and oiled, you shouldn't see anything
-
cheers for all the nice comments guys, re the stickers, I used a belt sander with p80 grit and it just would not come off mate
-
good effot or just a good old drum sander ;)
