Title: PR Cricket
Post by: bhuna21 on May 28, 2013, 09:55:15 AM
Anyone know much about PR cricket? Been offered a few blades for a decent price so was wondering if anyone has used them?

All I could find online is their facebook page, they've made a few bats for Vettori/Tendulkar and half the IPL so must be pretty good!

hasnt everyone? im sure alot of brands have made bats for tendulkar but how many has he actually used? unless its from a reputable source i always ignore the claims that bats have been made for a certain person. ive seen a couple of the PR bats. looked ok but nothing special. not sure what grade they were. if they are a decent price then could be worth a go. all depends what you are looking for in a bat

that's really funny  :D

Mendis picks up a bat in a factory and of course he get's all his bats made there.

Vettori and McDonald walk by the factory and get dragged in to pose for a shot and of course they get their bats made there.

Tendulkar is shown a bat at nets and of course....

I tell you what, next time I'm in Leeds and JB comes down to watch his mate play cricket at Headingley CC, I'll get him to pose with a bat I've made and claim bairstow uses my "NS" bats.

How do you know that the haven't used them bats in the past... Big conclusion to jump to..

And you forgot to point out that there is a picture of Kholi with a PR bat as well mate, if your going to pick up on everything.

Pr bats are very well thought of amongst Indian state players for sure and on occasions some of the tape you have seen has not been the obligatory ton neither.

I was bored of explaining how people have bats thrust into their hands and photo's taken at the same time. Next you'll be telling me Spartan make Chris Gayle's bats.

Due to forum rules we aren't allowed to discuss who makes Gayle's bats are we Nick?
As far as I'm concerned. Spartan do make his bats.

I have no idea if we can or can't but I suspect Tendulkar doesn't use PR, no matter what the photo says.

Actually my two friends just got two PR bats straight from the factory. I've got to say i was quite impressed. My friends told he that he made bats for Umar Akmal and a couple of other Indian cricket players. I trust he did because these bats were not even knocked in and they were unbelievable.
