What type of new pads would you recommend, i am based in Australia so it probably needs to be based here due to large shipping charges on pads.
I have Kookaburra blade 750 but i got hit on the pad and it gave me a bruise (must have hit a weak spot or something.) so needs to be better then those.
Thanks!

Have you tried Puma gear. These were $85 from Kingsgrove Sports. They are super light. Sorry the photo is sideways - can't work out how to rotate it.

I use SS LE pads and any of their top tier they are good to go ... been hit in the nets with fast machine bowling and feel nothing.
Have a look online there are some sellers here in the UK I know can send to you in Oz, if they are expensive locally.
Good luck with your search ...

Had a few pairs of 6000 pads from Puma, I'll be honest can't recommend them enough, light as anything and great protection too

My puma 6000 broke in less than a year however they were very light and offered great protection

Been using P1 Aero Legguards for last three seasons. Amazingly light and superb protection. My only problem is that they can sometime come in the way when playing drives.
