Hello gents, what keeping gloves are you using at the moment? I got to order some stuff for the club and have managed to get them to pay for some new gloves too!
Suggestions please!

That's what I've had my eye on for a while!
Are they this years model?
How do you like them? I've only ever used Puma before

I believe that the forum recommendation is for stripey oven gloves...
-
I have 2 pairs this years and a set of green and white from a few years ago
Good keeping gloves are slazenger the normal men's are a tad small I always use osm but there a must I think for slazenger gloves

James Foster's Warsop gloves, Chris Read's Choice ones, Kook Silvers, Wymers and some old GM gel Originals (the grey ones)
Only use the Warsops now so if anyone in the market for some gloves, let me know as they are all for sale, just not got round to listing them anywhere yet

Currently squeezing the last bit of life out of the Blenheim Cricket gloves I got last year but with a rip or two forming they are on their last legs.
Will then be switching to the Ayrteks I have once they are broken in nicely.

Indeed, Powerbows are a lovely glove, no difference between them and the Legends last season in my book, other than the colours and the cut.
This year the Legends have the new palm, but the Mavericks and the Powerbows are very good quality also.

I've got Shamrock test pads and Shamrock club gloves. I'm not a keeper, but bought them just in case. Already had to use them once myself and they seem to have become the team keeping gear. Everyone who's used them has commented on the quality. Very good product!

Kookaburra Silvers With Kookaburra players pads.
-
Millichamp and Hall tanned leather keeping gloves.
They're beauts!
Newbery Tour Pads.
Aero P1 Inners

Gone for the Slazenger Ultimate gloves. I watched the review on the IJC youtube page, it was that or the Spartan ones.
Have got the Newbery tour pads been using them a while, I like 'em. Doesn't feel like you are wearing them!
-
Using GM Original LE's gloves and GM Original pads. Pretty comfy stuff except the pads twist a bit when you're wearing them. Fancy trying the Newbery's at some point

I would suggest that if you are buying a pair of gloves for the club you should look for a pair of second hand cheap gloves, any regular wicket keeper should have his own kit, with gloves that snuggly fit his hands.
Obviously if you have a rotation system or not a regular keeper, like I said, just a pair of cheap and cheerful gloves that can be shared around.
Puma, Slazenger or GN lower range gloves should be all fine.
Personally I have Newbery SPS and GN Quantums (that have just about caught their last ball)
