Firstly I would like to thank Buzz and Garret for their contributions to the forum and elsewhere. They have helped me immensely in understanding the mental side of cricket and focus better. Last weekend was the best form I could be in. I have been watching the ball ,timing the ball quite well and getting decent scores. However I haven't experienced anything similar before. I wonder whether it will last and how do I go about maintaining the current form ?. I do have a simple routine now which is clear the mind and watch the ball and switch off in between deliveries whereas I used to be very intense before and burnt out quickly.

Enjoy it while it lasts, don't worry when it goes.
Try and remember the feeling. Write it down if it helps.
