Title: Help with a new bat
Post by: Nespresco on August 12, 2009, 02:24:10 PM: First post here so appologies if its in the wrong section! I managed to crack my bat and so need to invest in a new one so i can net with it over the winter and into pre season ready for next year. I have been looking around at quite a lot and think that both the salix praestantia, having owned one before and hit lots of runs, and the redback allegiance. Looking for a bat with a mid-low middle so that i can cut pull and drive effectivley. I also like to go up and over if the ball iis wide and full. Looking for around 2.08-2.10 with a light pick up and good quality willow. and edges a little bit thicker than my mjolnir which seem to be about 10mm thick, which is fine untill you top edge a fast bouncer with a new ball. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Going for the alligiance model although both looked beautiful!
