Title: Ship by Weight Service to USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand
Post by: ItsJustCricket on June 05, 2013, 10:04:20 PM: To all our friends and customers from the countries listed above, I am pleased to announce that we now offer a ship by weight service online, which means that you can place orders directly on the website without ever having to contact us in advance for shipping estimates. Instead, your shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based purely on the total weight of the products ordered. Not only will this be quicker and easier for everyone, but you will also make a nice saving on shipping costs! :) To give you a couple of examples:

A bat and a pair of batting gloves to USA/Canada is just £25 (including insurance) and the same to Australia/New Zealand is £35. Our couriers are offering us slightly better rates now, so we thought we'd pass on the saving to you guys! :)

Also, don't forget, all customers from these countries will get VAT off the listed prices too, so you effectively get a 16.67% discount on everything you order at any time...

We are aiming to introduce this service to other regions soon too, including African, Middle Eastern and Asian countries, so watch this space if you live there.

What bat was that? It shouldn't. It should be £35 for all bats...

Small items like accessories and gloves will always be a decent shipping price, but anyone from Aus and NZ should watch out for bags, as you'll really get stung on the weight there!

Previously, European delivery costs have been based on order value, and as such, have been a little on the high side. Now we can extend our cheaper shipping rates to all European countries, much like we've done for the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

For all orders between 1kg and 3.99kg, the shipping cost is £25, so if you ordered two bats and a pair of gloves from us it would cost just £25 to reach you (including insurance)...

Large items over 4kg in weight (ie. wheelie bags) are £50 to ship to Europe.

All these prices are worked out automatically at checkout, so you can do it all online without ever having to contact us in advance...
