Hi there. This is my first posting since I joined the forum. I've had a good look around and I hope I put this in the right place.
A mate of mine recently went to India and he picked me up a pair of the new Nike Lunar Accelerate bowling boots. I have used the Asics Speed Menace in recent times but I thought I would give these a shot.
I have to say that these Nike boots are far better than the Speed Menace. They are incredibly comfortable and I have found the support excellent in the games and training sessions I have worn them in this season. I'm a pretty big guy and I put a lot of strain on my cricket boots when I bowl, but these have stood up to the pressure so far.
They also feel really light when compared to other shoes. I read somewhere else that the new Nike shoes aren't out here until this Xmas, but I can really recommend that people try them out. They are top-drawer brilliant plus IMO they look really cool.
