Hello, i've been using Kookaburra silvers for about 4 years now but every year they don't seem to last as long as the previous year. Therefore this season i am looking to change brand but i am unsure of which gloves to be looking at, i was thinking slazenger ultimates or maybe the new spartan gloves? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

cheers guys, is there much difference between the two gloves except price and the palm?

GN's are much lighter and much more flexible in my opinion.
If you want something slightly cheaper then go for the Powerbow Players, exactly the same apart from the palm as far as I am aware.

I have just got the new Slaz Ultimate gloves, very impressed.
IJC have done a video about them before, Paul mentioned they are a little stiff to start off with but after i wrapped a rubber band around them over night, they were fine for play the next day.

Millichamp and Hall T1's. Absolute beauties. My current pair, no doubt the best I have ever had (I've tried a lot).

I love the M&H ones too - nicest looking (and best smelling!) WK gloves on the market. They come out pretty big though, especially in the middle fingers. Maybe because they don't do an OS Mens size, but something to bear in mind...

just picked up a pair of the new mongoose gloves, really soft and not too much padding at a reasonable price (60 quid I think). They were the most supple pair I tried apart from the top Spartan gloves which felt amazing.....but not amazing enough for the extra 15 quid

Newbury SPS gloves are quality, nice and snug and allow for a nice catching cup. Would highly recommend them. Can be had for £50-60. Can't say how durable as I have only used them for 5 games so far.
I had a pair of GN Quantums that lasted a long time but the suddenly tore at the webbing and the inside lining kept coming out.

Rematch sports sell them for about £25. I would definitly not say they are durable but very stiff and hard in the palms. I personally didnt like them.

I was referring to this years gloves, not the ones shown on rematch,
However, Keepers are a fussy bunch
