Title: Blue room bat
Post by: SOULMAN1012 on June 23, 2013, 08:08:24 AM
After our game was called off due to rain ( after we drove an hour and half down to the south coast) we went back home and watched the 2nd team. The Oppo opening bat had a blue room Swell with the Pink stickers.   Now not a fun of the stickers or the design but the bat itself was a beauty.

The oppo had a couple of lads from up north and they said they have used this gear for years and had always been impressed. Anyway I mentioned that I was on this forum and that I had seen the blue room range and got talking to them about blue room and bats in general and He let me have a little go on the nets. He said he got this at the start of the season and it was 2.10 in weight. It really did ping with lovely grains and after about 10 mins in the nets 5-6 of our first team were al ost lining up to have a hit with this bat.

Sorry I didn't take any pics as my phone was in the car but very very impressed with my first experience with Blueroom.

My net bat is a gun... My game bat is an absolute cannon. It's that good that from moving to a new club our club pro now has one, and about 6 other players within the club. With another few 'saying' they will get one for next season. At another club someone I'm helping uses one and as he's scoring so many runs with it about 5 of them are getting one. I expect that to rise in the next few seasons as I get around all the different clubs in the area :)

Very very very good bats (and pads/gloves/bags). No idea on wicket keeping kit as I've never used it though

Great to hear more rave reviews of the kit in use. It's the same for me up here with regards to using and others wanting. Trying to convince the other northern monkeys up here to switch from there beloved shelf bats to blueroom like I did a few years back :) so far so good as our opening bat got one for this season and is always moaning about wasting 10 seasons with other brands. Scored over 1000 runs with his new wave already this year and we are half way into our season. The other lads are all on the list or already buying gear as well.

Easy for me to say the kit is superb but it would appear to be speaking for itself yet again.

Keep going guys, the Blueroom bug is catching!!!

Thats the plan, until death or irreparable damage do us part!!

Just net with the LE and play her in gently  :D
