My bowling action and run up have gradually been getting worse and my run up is so stuttery i actually bowl quicker of a few paces. I have been woking with one of the cub coaches on the run up and delivary strides whilst not actually bowling the ball. I decided to video it today on my own running up to the nets, and have some slow mo stills and am looking for any pointers, http://img12.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=vlcsnap1952980.png (http://img12.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=vlcsnap1952980.png)
My front foot and general position at that point are terrible, but I can't seem to get my foot to point towards first slip, any advice ? Front arm needs to come down straighter, and my bowling arm isnt quite upright but my coach has me working on this stuff first. Would love and advice or training suggestions.

Try getting Ian Pont's fast bowling book, loads of really good advice and tips in there. I wish i could help more but it is very hard to say just looking at still shots.
What level is the coach that is helping you out of interest?
