Hey peeps. Just put my order in for a custom Hawk bat, and would love the peace of mind that I can reduce the risk of damage to it with a good knocking in service, but do you guys know of anyone who will that for me (apart from Boundary Sports)
Thanks!

I think ItsJustCticket have a service which is supposed to be very good. Contact then on here they are a sponsor

Gotta be honest. I don't think they do as they will press the bat and lightly knock it in. But I'm certain that will leave it to the customer to knock it in.

They have stopped taking postal orders, so I don't fancy travelling to London to hand it in.

We offer a popular knocking in service and will take postal orders.

Sounds good. How do you knock the bat in? Hand, press, machine or a combination of all three?

All by hand. I use the rim of a sink to roll the edges, but apart from that its me, some oil, my trusty mallet and elbow grease.

As soon as I get the bat. I'll send you the bat. I will give you a call beforehand as well.

No problem mate.

V Sports in Coventry would be my recommendation. If you google "knocking-in service" they now come out on top, having recently usurped us (very frustratingly!)

I think vee is just by Hand. Not 100% sure. He's a good man who I've known for the past 14 years
