Interesting article!
Will this change the shapes drastically of ayrtek/other manufacutures?

Will this mean an influx of cheap helmets on the market in September as they no longer comply with new regs?

IMO i think you will see the older traditional shapes fading out and more innovative designs coming into the market in order to stand upto the new penetration test that will form part of the BSI procedure.

I think you will have seen the market offer this over the last 12 months as the manufacturers and retailers should have been in the loop on the new proposed changes.
