Is there a thread which contains details about where bats are made?

I'm assuming the majority of big brand bats are made in india? What about some of the smaller well known brands?

Duncan fearnley in Worcester still make their own bats on their premises and stick them straight into their adjoins shop.  Bought a retro magnum from there last year just as the bat maker brought it through to the shop front.
