oh i remember watching him play against essex a few weeks back and he didnt have the best of games got hit around the park when bowling then got out first ball and gave napier his hattrick

That's the fella chaps. It's a hard work breaking into the first class game for sure, I know from personal experience. Sometimes you need a bit of luck along the way but the harder you work the more luck you tend to get. He will do ok he's a good cricketer.
