Superb Prog on BBC4 (I think) last night about Basil D'Oliveira. Well worth a look as a download.

I think this just shows how weak and mean spirited some in the English establishment were.

Part 1 of 'Howzat! Kerry Packers War' was on before this, that is well worth a watch.

I remember the 'Dolly affair' very well, but there was a huge amount that I didn't know. It really was a great watch - John Arlott - what a hero!
