				Alright lads,
Got a quick question for you all, does anyone know if newbery your bats come in light weights? Just I'm using a 2'8 salix at the moment and really like the look of the tour profile

 Cheers
 Tony

Not sure if the Tour comes in that weight but I know the Tomahawk definitely does

-
I haven't heard of any Tours below 2.10. Other models, yes.

-
We have a bat thats similar to the tour profile bat on the shelf thats 2.9

-
We have a 5 star Thruxton or a 5 star GT Cadbury can't remember which, at 2'8

-
Really like the tour mate, what's the pick up like on them jake?

-
vast amount of wood in the hitting zone and should provide a large middle as they arent concaved either.

Do you remember my rk le I brought to the nets it similar to that in terms of pick up and profile
-
Ahh yeah Dave, that seemed to pick up quite well!
May have a trip through to lorimers and see what they are like :)

unless you have a very light cleft would be very hard to made a Tour profile at 2.8 due to the lack of concaving. Salix offer the tourque that has a very similiar profile and they start at 2.10. Andrew may be able to make you one of interested at 2.8 but it would be quite a small bat in terms of edges etc. Newbery advertise on there website that they now do custom visits so maybe you could get a custome Tour that way from a very light cleft

canners has a 2.8 shaped bat. it is sensational.
it is a blank bat, rather than a Newbery, but may have had similar origins.
-
Thanks for all the replies guys really appreciate it!

Yeh I get you buzz ill drop canners a line :)

last time i was at hove they had a 2.7 tour, but it was tiny,    but saying that none of the newbury bats are huge, but still go some
