Title: Kookaburra Pro Players Kahuna Pad review!
Post by: toenails97 on July 19, 2013, 10:41:06 AM: Well managed to get these of a pro for some cash....he seemed to be easily persuaded :D
Anyways can't really tell you who I got them off and had to cross his name out on the bag as that was under the conditions of the sale. Getting onto the pad, they are GREAT!!!

I love the design and minimilistic look, also another thing is love is most of the inside pad seems to be mesh which is something I've never seen before. The straps are extremely padded which obviously helps when you net in shorts etc! Here's an interesting one, behind the shin bolster there seems to be a mesh covered metal insert, well it feels metal but can't really guarantee it is as obviously I haven't made them and aren't tearing them a part due to my curiosity :D
Nearly all of the shin bolster seems to hold memory foam properties, they are extremely soft and spongey and are extremely comfortable, and I've tried GM original LE's and even used to have Bairstows slaze get pads but nothing compares to these! They also have a leather instep...... Enjoy pics ;)
