Title: fast bowling

im 15 looking to up my speed , in off season do I need to hit the gym ? what exercises would be necessary or will pace come naturally ?

Strength/fitness is not as important as an efficient action. Read Ian Pont's 'Fast Bowlers Bible' - much cheaper than a gym membership and you'll gain so much more.

Pace won't 'come naturally' though, you need to work very hard if you can't bowl quick already, but it can be done. Just don't expect to be 90mph straight away.
