Just woken up on my mates sofa, feeling a little bit worse for wear.
Anyone else played a raincard today??
Any tips to make today more bearable than it would otherwise be?? Please lol

cold shower plenty of water and a fry up, sorted!

A cold shower, don't even think about turning the hot water on 'for just a second'

contrast bath ! cold for 2 minutes, then hot for a minute, then cold again for 2 minutes and just do that for as long as you can!

And the results for anyone interested:
Had a cold shower and made my way to the ground. A couple I heavy showers didn't cancel the game.
40 overs in the field was an effort, I was in at 3 (I love Sundays)
62* and hit the winning runs, still feel a bit delicate though. As it seemed to work I might have to make this a pre match routine ;)

Well done. My technique is a very hot shower and sweat as much out as possible, as well as drinking plenty of water to rehydrate.
Plenty of trash to eat and drink as well.

i got rid of last nights hangover at about 7pm after an early finish yesterday we were in the bar by 6 and got in at 2am.
managed a 50 after a scratchy start with a banging headache and a win as well which is rare on a sunday when everyone else in the league has an overseas pro.
