Pretoria isn't a flat normally.

It's currently winter, so out of season the pitches are dead.

The LC de Villiers Sports Complex is part of the university of Pretoria.

Gauteng(feeder for the Titans franchise) play their home matches at the LC de Villiers ground.

I'm guessing that LC de Villiers was associated with the university.
