This is probably one more for the Australian based forum members. Looking into Steeden cricket which can be sourced through GCCC it seems as tho they are owned by GN Aus. Does anyone know if their bats are therefore made by GN? Looking at the price difference there could be some huge savings if they are the same bats with different stickers.
Digging a little deeper it seems County are also own by GN sports. Is the situation the same for these also?

I use the Steeden batting gloves which I was told are made by GN and are brilliant at half the price!

Just going to say one thing, the Steeden bats look very nice!
They do look good. Which is what got me thinking are you paying the big bucks for the GN name?
-
Ian Healy himself, told me that Gray Nicolls own steeden, you just pay for the Gray Nicolls branding as it is an established brand, I dont really like the stickers and colour scheme much though, but im a bit of a traditionalist i think.

I am fairly sure Steeden is the replacement for County in the Australian market
Made by GN at a fraction of the price

not surprised it s a fraction of the price, none of it looks overly appealing in my opinion, but its not all about looks I suppose, still I wouldn't fancy any of it
