CA have played their hand in the hope of limiting the loss of young players to England.
The new rule, called 'the Robson Rule', will now allow Australia dual passport holders to play as domestic players in both Australia and England.
Also in so the mix guys like Phil Jaques and Michael Hogan can return to play in Australia.
It's a smart move by Australia, as a young Australian now has the choice of playing for Australia or England and doesn't have to make the choice straight away.
Interestingly Sam Robson has been offered a deal with Sydney(his home team) whilst ECB are trying to put him in the Lions setup. Robson is rumoured to favour playing for Sydney.
Australia also want to tempt Sam Haim back to their shores, as he's seen as one if their most promising young batsmen until he joined Warwickshire

Good for them! Glad to see them actively looking to want to develop some decent talent! Just a shame its all been nurtured over here in decent coaching setups lol ;)

The Young Australian should want to play for Australia and noone else. How do they fix that?

Australia only has 6 first class teams and only 10 first class matches.
If say Robson can play in Australia and England, then selects to for Australia - he'll be a more complete player.
It's not said players fault that both his parents are from two difference countries.
