They can get some decent bats from what I've heard. It's a good price, as they normally sell for over the £350 mark I think, but it might not be in the weight you like. I think you might be safer getting Gray Nicolls to make you a Custom LE, Lords are currently doing an Ashes Special right now, http://custombats.co.uk/cbforum/index.php?topic=26032.0, (http://custombats.co.uk/cbforum/index.php?topic=26032.0,) and if you buy an AOC magazine, they have a code which gives you 20% off. This way, you can specify the weight you want and what shape, even though it's a little more expensive, it is a 'safer' option.

I would pay the extra £75 mate.

It is relatively safe. I bought a pair of batting gloves that got lost in transit and in the end to get a refund I had to register a PayPal dispute. In fairness to them they paid up immediately but bear in mind that if it goes pear-shaped you may have to do a bit of donkey work to get your money back. And if I were you I'd pay using PayPal due to the extra protection it affords you.

Generally when buying a bat from sports direct, you need to bear in mind that you have no guarantee on weight for these special offers.
