Where can I get one ? I have looked at all the major online retailers and I can only find a regular one.

prodirect cricket do the puma one.  Otherwise try ebay, you can get the puma, m&h and woodworm mallets there (All pretty much the same)

Its just cricket. The expensive gray nichols one.
